摘要
在新时代背景下,生态文明成为继农业文明、工业文明之后政治、经济与文化发展的重要方向。劳动是人塑造生态的根本方式,生态劳动是生态文明建设的重要基础,面向生态正义构建生态劳动教育体系是新时代劳动教育的重要使命。生态劳动教育通过基于生态正义的劳动伦理教育、观照互惠共生的劳动技术教育、指向协同进化的劳动创造教育三个层面架构核心内容,以回应生态劳动所指向的人与自然协同发展的理想目标,实现利用自然与呵护自然的统一。在实践层面,生态劳动教育从培育面向生态整体的劳动思维、构建五育融合的生态劳动知识体系、形成内外协同的生态劳动育人机制等方面落实推进,以综合融通的方式培育具有生态正义的“生态人”。
In the new era,ecological civilization has become an essential direction for political,economic and cultural development after agricultural civilization and industrial civilization.Labor is the fundamental way for people to shape the ecology.Ecological labor is an important foundation for the construction of ecological civilization.Building an ecological labor education system for ecological justice is an important mission of labor education in the new era.Ecological labor education responds to the ideal goal of the coordinated development of man and nature pointed to ecological labor through the core content of three levels:labor ethics education based on ecological justice,labor technology education that observes mutual symbiosis,and labor creation education that points to co-evolution.Realize the unity of using nature and caring for nature.At the practical level,ecological labor education is implemented in terms of cultivating an ecologically holistic labor thinking,building an ecological labor knowledge system that integrates five educations,and forming an internal and external collaborative ecological labor education mechanism and cultivates“ecological talents”with ecological justice in a comprehensive manner.
