摘要
区域综合能源系统(Regional Integrated Energy System,RIES)的多元消纳技术是解决系统“以热定电”运行方式导致弃风问题的有效途径。文章建立了包含风机、光伏、地源热泵和储能的RIES模型;在源测采用鲁棒优化模型处理风电出力不确定性,在荷侧针对电、气、热三种柔性负荷可调度价值,引入价格需求响应机制,构建计及综合需求响应的RIES鲁棒优化调度模型。算例仿真结果证明了所提模型的有效性。相较于传统模型,计及综合需求响应的RIES鲁棒优化模型具有更加可观的经济效益和风电消纳率。
The multi-dissipation technology of the regional integrated energy system(RIES)is an effective way to solve the problem of wind curtailment caused by the“heat-constrained power”operation mode of system.Firstly,an RIES model including wind turbines,photovoltaic,ground source heat pumps and energy storage is established in this paper.Secondly,the robust optimization model is used in the source test to deal with the uncertain wind power output.On the load side,the price demand response mechanism is introduced for the dispatchable value of the three flexible loads of electricity,gas and heat.The RIES robust optimal scheduling model considering the comprehensive demand response is constructed.The simulation results of a numerical example prove the validity of the proposed model.Compared with the traditional model,the RIES robust optimization model that takes into account the comprehensive demand response has more considerable economic benefits and wind power consumption rate.
