摘要
滚动轴承是低转速机械设备最重要、最容易受损的零件之一,其工作状态的好坏直接影响整个系统的工作性能。利用振动检测技术和轴承故障诊断技术对轴承进行故障分析。设计一种基于包络解调原理,对低转速滚动轴承进行故障诊断的方法,由振动传感器采集信号,通过对拾取信号放大滤波,包络解调处理,提取出低频故障信号,再由上位机程序将信号采集并显示到屏幕上,通过频谱分析找出轴承故障的原因。
Roller bearing is one of the most important and fragile parts of low-revolution mechanical equipment and its good working condition is critical to the performance of an entire system.Vibration detection technology and bearing fault diagnosis technology are used to analyze bearing faults in general.An envelope demodulation-based fault diagnosis technique for lowspeed rolling bearings uses a vibration sensor to pick up signals,and an amplifier to amplify and filter signals,and a envelope demodulator to process signals and extract low-frequency fault signals.The signals are collected and displayed by upper computers and analyzed with spectrum to find out the cause of bearing failure.
