摘要
目的分析穴位贴敷联合隔姜灸治疗肺气虚寒型鼻鼽的临床疗效。方法随机选取2019年9月—2020年12月该院耳鼻喉科门诊诊治的中-重度肺气虚寒证鼻鼽患者100例,随机分为研究组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组患者给予糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂吸入治疗,研究组患者在此基础上给予穴位贴敷联合隔姜灸进行治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果对照组治疗总有效率为82.00%,研究组总有效率为96.00%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.635,P<0.05)。比较两组患者鼻部症状总评分表(TNSS)评分,以研究组患者明显更低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组患者过敏性鼻炎生活质量测评量表(RQLQ)评分,以研究组患者明显更低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用穴位贴敷联合隔姜灸疗法对肺气虚寒型鼻鼽患者开展临床治疗,能够显著提高患者的治疗总有效率,并且能够明显减轻患者的鼻部症状,从而使患者的生活质量得到明显改善。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupoint application combined with ginger-separated moxibustion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with deficiency of lung qi and cold.Methods A total of 100 patients with moderate-to-severe lung-qi deficiency and cold syndrome allergic rhinitis who were diagnosed and treated in the outpatient department of the hospital Department of Otolaryngology from September 2019 to December 2020 were randomly selected and randomly divided into study group(including 50 patients)and control group(including 50 patients).Patients in the control group were treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray inhalation,and patients in the study group were treated with acupoint application combined with ginger moxibustion on this basis.comparing the treatment effect of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of patients in the control group was 82.00%,and the total effective rate of patients in the study group was 96.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.635,P<0.05).Comparing the total score of nasal symptoms(TNSS)scores of the two groups of patients,the study group was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the auergic rhinitis quality of life scale(RQLQ)scores of the two groups of patients,the study group was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupoint application combined with ginger-separated moxibustion for clinical treatment of patients with lung-qi deficiency and cold type allergic rhinitis can significantly improve the total effective rate of the patient's treatment,and can significantly reduce the patient's nasal symptoms,so as to improve the patient's quality of life.
