摘要
通过熔融聚合制备了支化共聚酰胺6/66与支化聚酰胺6,采用毛细管流变仪对支化共聚酰胺6/66与支化聚酰胺6的流变性能进行了研究。结果表明支化共聚酰胺6/66与支化聚酰胺6为典型的假塑性非牛顿流体;随着温度的升高,聚酰胺熔体的表观粘度逐渐下降,非牛顿指数逐渐增大;两种熔体的黏流活化能随着剪切速率的增大而减小;与支化聚酰胺6熔体相比,支化共聚酰胺6/66熔体的表观黏度对温度和剪切速率的依赖性较低。
Thebranched copolyamide 6/66 and branched polyamide 6 were prepared by melt polymerization,and the rheological propertieswere studied by the capillary rheometer.The results show thatthe branched copolyamide 6/66 and branched polyamide 6 melt werethe typical pseudo plastic and non-Newton fluid.With the temperature increasing,the apparent viscosity of the polyamide melt decreased,non-Newtonian index increased.With the increase of shear rate,the visco-flow activation energy of branched copolyamide 6/66 and branched polyamide 6 melt declined with the shear rate increasing.Compared with branched polyamide 6,the apparent viscosity of branched copolyamide 6/66 melt was less sensitive to temperature and shear rate.
