摘要
目的高值医用耗材治理是公立医院医用耗材专项治理的重要内容,本文紧跟医用耗材治理政策导向,构建高值医用耗材使用监测体系。方法根据政策导向及工作实践构建监测体系,包括组织架构、规章制度、实施路径、监测指标、治理措施等内容。应用密切值法对诊疗组高值耗材使用情况进行评价,对评价排名进入末档的诊疗组采取预警措施,并跟踪监测其下季度的高值耗材使用情况。结果通过对诊疗组高值耗材使用情况的监测,提高了诊疗组使用高值耗材的自觉性,达到了改善使用情况的目的。结论本体系具有一定的可操作性,可以作为医院医疗质量控制体系的一个重要环节来应用。
Objective High value medical consumables management is the focus of special governance of public hospital medical consumables.This paper closely followed the direction of governance policy,constructing a monitoring system for the use and management of high value medical consumables.Methods According to the policy direction and work practices,we constructed a monitoring system,including institutions,rules,implementation way,monitoring metrics and measures,etc.Osculation value method was used to evaluate the use of high-value consumables in the diagnosis and treatment groups,and early warning measures were taken for the diagnosis and treatment groups ranked at the bottom of the evaluation,and the use of high-value consumables in the next quarter was tracked and monitored.Results By monitoring the use of high-value consumables in the medical treatment group,the self-consciousness of using high-value consumables in the medical treatment group has been improved,and the purpose of improving the use of high-value consumables has been achieved.Conclusion The monitoring system has certain operability and can be used as an important part of hospital medical quality control system.
