直流微电网中双向LLC谐振型变换器的研究 被引量:4

摘要 直流微电网中的DC-DC变换器可以实现直流侧到直流侧的能量转换,而作为隔离型DC-DC变换器中最典型的一种,LLC谐振型变换器在实现能量传递的前提下,同时也可以实现软开关,提高变换器的效率。针对一种双向LLC谐振型变换器进行研究。变换器的整流侧和交流侧均采用全桥结构,通过谐振网络连接。同时对变换器的工作原理、增益特性进行分析,提出一种移相控制策略来调节增益大小,使变换器正向、反向工作状态下都能实现输入电压的宽范围调节。最后采用PSIM软件搭建仿真。仿真结果显示,该电路可以在实现软开关的同时也可以保持输出电压的稳定,并且正向、反向满载空载工作时都可以实现输入电压的宽范围调节。证明了设计结构及方法的可行性。 The DCDC converter in theDC microgrid can realize the energy conversion from the DC side to the DC side. As the most typical one of the isolated DCDC converters,the LLC resonant converter can also realize the energy transfer. Soft switching improves the efficiency of the converter. It studies a bidirectional LLC resonant converter. Both the rectifying side and the alternating current side of the converter adopt a full bridge structure and are connected through a resonant network. At the same time, the working principle and gain characteristics of the converter are analyzed. A phase-shifting frequency-mixing hybrid control strategy is proposed to adjust the gain,so that the converter can realize wide-range adjustment of the input voltage in both forward and reverse operating states. Finally,the simulation was built using PSIM software. The simulation results show that the circuit can keep the output voltage stable while implementing soft switching,and can realize wide range adjustment of input voltage when working in forward and reverse directions. The feasibility of the design structure and method is proved.
