摘要
针对制造企业车间刀具损耗信息跟踪不及时导致的加工质量不稳定、成本高等实际问题,分析CNC机床刀具管理流程,结合MES系统对刀具全生命周期内的数据互通和后端信息处理进行研究。开发了刀具状态实时监控模块,以数据分析为核心,开展刀具磨损在机检测,将检测数据与CNC系统、刀具信息数据库对接,对刀具磨损量、CNC系统加工参数等数据进行综合分析,预测剩余加工时间,提供工艺的优化建议方案,并且对接MES接口完成制造车间内CNC机床刀具的全生命周期的信息追踪,实现刀具调度的智能化。
Aiming at the practical problems of unstable processing quality and high cost caused by the failure to timely track tool loss information in workshop of manufacturing enterprises,it analyzes the tool management process of CNC machine tools and studies the data exchange and back-end information processing in the whole life cycle of tools with MES system. Developed tool condition monitoring module,real-time data analysis as the core,carry out tool wear in machine testing,the testing data with CNC,cutting tool information database,docking,CNC machining parameters on tool wear and other data to carry on the comprehensive analysis, to predict the remaining processing time,provide the process optimization proposals,and docking MES interface complete manufacturing plant in CNC machine tool of the whole life cycle of information tracking,to implement the intelligent of the tool scheduling.
