摘要
为设计出更高筛分效率的弛张筛,研究了筛面形貌对湿煤聚团筛分的影响。首先对筛面形貌进行参数化建模,然后利用有限元显示动力学分析了单颗粒与不同形貌筛面冲击碰撞下的应力大小,进而对形状参数进行优化。采用近似柔性化方法实现筛板的弛张运动,并在最优形状参数下利用EDEM-RecurDyn联合仿真模拟不同间隔参数筛板对湿煤聚团的筛分过程,分析了不同凸起间隔对筛上物颗粒数量,粘结键数量和筛分时间的影响。结果表明,改变筛面形貌有助于加大湿煤聚团的破碎程度,提高筛分效果。该结论可为弛张筛的设计及优化提供一定的理论基础。
In order to design a flip-flow screen with higher sieving efficiency,the influence of sieve surface morphology on wet coal agglomeration sieving was studied. Firstly,the screen surface morphology was parametrically modeled,and then the finite element display dynamics was used to analyze the stress of the single particle under impact collision on the screen surface with different morphologies,to optimize the shape parameter. The relaxation movement of the sieve plate was realized by the approximate flexible method,and the screening process of wet coal agglomerations on sieve plates with different spacing projections was simulated by the co-simulation of EDEM-RecurDyn under the optimal shape parameters. The effects of different spacing of projections on the number of particles on the sieve,the number of bonding bonds and the screening time were analyzed. The results indicate that changing the surface morphology can increase the degree of crushing of wet coal agglomerates and improve the screening effect. This conclusion can provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of flip-flow screen.
