摘要
目的:探讨镜检法、化学检测法和联合检测法对阴道分泌物的检测价值。方法:收集湖南省人民医院2019年9月—11月间收治的200例患者的阴道分泌物,并对其分别采用镜检法、化学检测法和联合检测法进行检测,并分析此三种方法的检测价值。结果:对于阴道分泌物中白细胞的阳性检出率,镜检法的49%分别低于化学检测法的60%和联合检测法的64%,化学检测法与联合检测法比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对于阴道分泌物中真菌或滴虫的阳性检出率,镜检法的10.0%分别低于化学检测法的17%和联合检测法的18%,化学检测法与联合检测法比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对于细菌性阴道病(BV)的阳性检出率,镜检法的11.0%分别低于化学检测法的18%和联合检测法的19%,联合检测法高于化学法。结论:对于阴道分泌物中不同的指标选用合适的检测方法可以提高阴道疾病的诊断效率。
Objective:To explore the value of microscopy method,chemical detection method and combined detection method for vaginal secretions.Methods:The vaginal secretions of 200 patients in the hospital from September 2019 to November 2019 were collected.The vaginal secretions were examined by microscopy,chemical and combined detection methods,so as to explore the detection value of the three methods for the vaginal secretion.Results:For the positive detection rate of white blood cells,49%of the microscopic method was lower than 60% of the chemical detection method and 64% of the combined detection method.There was no statistically significant difference between the combined detection method and the chemical detection method(P>0.05).For the positive detection rate of fungi or Trichomonas,10% of microscopic method was lower than 17% of chemical detection method and 18% of combined detection method.There was no statistically significant difference between chemical detection method and combined detection method(P>0.05).For bacterial vaginosis(BV),the positive detection rate of microscopic method(11%) was lower than that of chemical detection method(18%) and combined detection method(19%).The combined detection method was higher than the chemical method.Conclusion:For different indicators in vaginal secretions,the appropriate detection method can improve the diagnostic efficiency of vaginal diseases.
