摘要
目的探析卡格列净联合贝那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法选取该院2019年6月—2021年6月期间接收的82例患者视为观察对象,按电脑抽签法随机划分为两组,每组41例;对照组采用卡格列净治疗,观察组采用卡格列净联合贝那普利,分析两组的临床疗效,比较治疗前后的尿蛋白排泄率、血肌酐、肾小球滤过率(e GFR)、尿素氮、尿酸、血糖(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)及血脂(高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、三酰甘油)变化,比较两组的不良反应。结果观察组的治疗总有效率97.6%高于对照组75.6%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.505,P<0.05);治疗期间未出现不良反应;治疗后观察组的尿蛋白排泄率、血肌酐、e GFR、尿素氮、尿酸、血糖及血脂优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡格列净联合贝那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病取得了显著的成效,提高治疗效果,控制了血糖,改善了血脂水平,降低了血肌酐水平,安全性高,对患者具有重要的意义,值得借鉴和应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of canagliflozin combined with benazepril in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 82 patients admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as observation subjects and randomly divided into two groups according to computer drawing method,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Canagliflozin,the observation group was treated with Canagliflozin combined with benazepril,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed.The changes of urinary protein excretion rate,serum creatinine,glomerular filtration rate(e GFR),urea nitrogen,uric acid,blood glucose(fasting blood glucose,2 h postpranpranal blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin) and blood lipid(high-density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein,triglyceride) were compared before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.6% higher than 75.6% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.505,P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions during the treatment.After treatment,the urine protein excretion rate,serum creatinine,e GFR,urea nitrogen,uric acid,blood glucose and blood lipids in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Canagliflozin combined with benazepril has achieved remarkable results in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy,improving the treatment effect,controlling blood glucose,improving blood lipid levels,lowering blood creatinine levels,and high safety.It is of great significance to patients,and it is worth learning and applying.
