摘要
目的分析用认知行为干预护理模式护理2型糖尿病肾病透析患者的效果。方法选取2017年7月—2020年6月收治的100例2型糖尿病肾病透析患者并分为两组,对照组给予常规护理干预模式进行护理,研究组在对照组基础上应用认知行为干预进行护理,对两组患者血糖控制情况与干预前后生活质量等进行比较。结果护理后,两组患者医疗知识掌握水平均有提升,且研究组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经护理,两组患者不良心理均有所改善,且研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经护理,患者血糖值得到降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经护理,患者生活质量提升,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病肾病透析患者护理过程中,通过认知行为干预护理的应用,有利于帮助患者实现血糖指标的合理管控,对于患者生活质量的改善具有良好的促进意义,值得在临床过程中进行推广普及。
Objective To analyze the effect of using cognitive behavioral intervention nursing model to care for patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy on dialysis.Methods Selected 100 type 2 diabetic nephropathy dialysis patients admitted from July 2017 to June 2020 and divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention mode for nursing care,and the study group applied cognitive behavioral intervention on the basis of the control group for nursing care,Compared the blood glucose control status of the two groups of patients with the quality of life before and after the intervention.Results After nursing,the medical knowledge mastery level of the two groups was improved,and the study group was higher,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05);the nursing compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the unhealthy psychology of the two groups of patients has been improved,and the study group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the blood sugar level of the patients has been reduced,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05);after nursing,the quality of life of the patients was improved,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing process of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy on dialysis,the application of cognitive behavior intervention nursing is helpful to help patients achieve reasonable control of blood glucose indicators,and has a good promotion significance for the improvement of patients’ quality of life.It is worthwhile in the clinical process for promote and popularization.
