个体化营养干预应用于妊娠期糖尿病孕妇护理中的临床效果分析 被引量:6

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Individualized Nutrition Intervention in the Nursing of Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes

摘要 目的研究个体化营养干预应用于妊娠期糖尿病孕妇护理中的临床效果。方法根据随机数字表法将从该院2019年4月—2020年3月随机抽取的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇91例分为两组,对照组44例进行常规营养干预,观察组47例实施个体化营养干预。将两组的应对评分、血糖水平、营养状态、母婴结局进行比对。结果观察组孕妇干预后积极应对评分高于对照组,消极应对评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组孕妇干预后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,白蛋白、血清总蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的孕妇不良妊娠结局、新生儿不良结局发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化营养干预能够促进妊娠期糖尿病孕妇疾病应对方式的改变,可更好地控制血糖水平以及改善营养状态,获得良好的母婴结局。 Objective To study the clinical effect of individualized nutritional intervention on pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods According to the random number table method,91 pregnant women with gestational diabetes randomly selected from the hospital from April 2019 to March 2020 were divided into two groups,44 cases in the control group received routine nutritional intervention,and 47 cases in the observation group received individualized nutritional intervention.The coping score,blood glucose level,nutritional status and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the positive coping score of pregnant women in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the negative coping score was lower than that in the control group,the difference with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and Hb A1 c in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and adverse neonatal outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of albumin and serum total protein were higher than those in the control group,with statisticn that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nutrition intervention can promote changes in the coping style of pregnant women with gestational diabetes,better control blood glucose levels,improve nutritional status,and achieve good maternal and infant outcomes.
