摘要
目的探讨老年2型糖尿病住院患者采用风险护理对其低血糖的影响。方法选取该院2019年11月—2020年11月接收的102例2型糖尿病患者采用随机数表法分为两组,给予对照组(51例)常规管理,观察组(51例)于常规护理的基础上实施风险护理。观察两组低血糖症状、绝对低血糖的发生情况,检测患者餐后2 h、空腹、睡前血糖水平及夜间不同时期低血糖的维持时间。结果对比两组护理前餐后2 h、空腹、睡前血糖水平差异无统计学意义(t=0.209、0.224、0.139,P>0.05);护理后观察组以上各阶段血糖水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.066、3.560、3.528,P<0.05);观察组22:00-0:00、0:00-2:00、2:00-4:00、4:00-6:00时段低血糖维持时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.491、3.237、3.212、3.526,P<0.05);观察组低血糖症状、绝对低血糖发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.744、6.331,P<0.05)。结论老年2型糖尿病住院患者应用风险护理可有效维持其血糖水平处于平稳状态,降低低血糖的发生风险,尤其在夜间血糖水平的稳定效用较良好,最大程度地避免因低血糖带来的临床症状。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing risk management on hypoglycemia in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The 102 patients with type 2 diabetes received in the hospital from November 2019 to November2020 were divided into two groups using a random number table method,and the control group(51 cases) was given routine management,the observation group( 51 cases) was implemented risk care based on routine care.The two groups of hypoglycemia symptoms and the occurrence of absolute hypoglycemia were observed,and the blood glucose levels of the patients 2 h after meal,fasting,and before going to bed and the maintenance time of hypoglycemia in different periods at night were detected.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels at 2 h after meal,fasting and before bed between the two groups(t=0.209,0.224,0.139,P>0.05).The blood glucose levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.066,3.560,3.528,P<0.05).The hypoglycemic maintenance time of the study group was lower than that of the control group at 22:00-0:00,0:00-2:00,2:00-4:00,4:00-6:00,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.491,3.237,3.212,3.526,P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemic symptoms and absolute hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.744,6.331,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk care for elderly type 2 diabetes inpatients can effectively maintain their blood glucose levels in a stable state,reduce the risk of hypoglycemia,especially at night,the stability of blood glucose levels is good,and the clinical symptoms caused by hypoglycemia can be avoided to the greatest extent.
