摘要
目的研究对2型糖尿病合并慢性肾功能不全患者实施甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗的效果。方法选取2019年8月—2021年1月在该院治疗的78例2型糖尿病合并慢性肾功能不全患者作为研究对象,并按照收治的先后顺序,分为对照组和研究组,每组39例患者。对照组患者单用甘精胰岛素治疗,研究组患者在此基础上联合使用瑞格列奈。对比两组患者治疗前后的FPG、2 hPG、血脂水平、肾功能指标、血清中炎症因子水平、治疗有效率及不良反应发生率。结果两组患者治疗前,各指标均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组患者治疗后,FPG、2 hPG、血脂、血清中炎症因子水平及不良反应发生率显著高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗有效率显著低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病合并慢性肾功能不全患者实施甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗的效果较好,能够有效控制患者的血糖、血脂情况,改善患者血清中炎症因子水平,降低患者不良反应发生率,提高治疗有效率。
Objective To study the effect of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide on type 2 diabetic patients with chronic renal insufficiency.Methods 78 patients with type 2 diabetes and chronic renal insufficiency who were treated in the hospital from August 2019 to January 2021 were taken as the research objects.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into the control group and the study group,with 39 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with insulin glargine alone,and patients in the study group were treated with repaglinide on this basis.FPG,2 hPG,blood lipid levels,renal function indexes,serum inflammatory factor levels,treatment effectiveness and adverse reaction rates were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in all indexes between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of FPG,2 hPG,blood lipid,inflammatory factors in serum and the incidence of adverse reactions in control group were significantly higher than those in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05);and the effective rate was significantly lower than that in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide treatment for patients with type 2 diabetes and chronic renal insufficiency is better,which can effectively control the patient’s blood glucose and blood lipids,improve the patient’s serum inflammatory factor levels,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients,and improve the treatment efficiency.
