摘要
目的分析二甲双胍、胰岛素联合口腔覆盖义齿修复在对合并有牙周炎症的糖尿病患者的临床效果改善作用。方法选择2018年8月—2021年1月该院收治的62例合并有牙周炎症的糖尿病患者作为研究对象,通过随机分组法将患者分为研究组(n=31)、对照组(n=31)。对照组患者采用胰岛素联合口腔覆盖义齿修复治疗,研究组采用二甲双胍、胰岛素联合口腔覆盖义齿修复治疗。随访6个月,比较两组总有效率、治疗前后血糖水平变化情况,随访期间不良反应发生率和满意度情况。结果研究组总有效率(96.77%)优于对照组(77.42%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血糖指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组血糖指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组龋坏发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病患者接受二甲双胍、胰岛素联合口腔覆盖义齿修复可改善口腔环境和功能,有效控制血糖,不良反应少,疗效显著。
Objective To analyze the improved clinical effect of different hypoglycemic schemes and oral overture denture repair in diabetic patients with periodontal inflammation patients.Methods The 62 diabetic patients with periodontal inflammation admitted to the hospital from August 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into study group(n=31) and control group(n=31) by random grouping.Patients in the control group were treated with insulin combined with oral overdenture repair treatment,and the study group was treated with metformin and insulin combined with oral overdenture repair treatment.Follow-up for 6 months,compared the total effective rate of the two groups,changes in blood glucose levels before and after treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction during the follow-up period.Results The total effective rate of the study group(96.77%) was better than that of the control group(77.42%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the blood glucose indicators of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of caries between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Diabetic patients treatment with insulinum,metformin,and oral overlay denture repair can improve the oral environment and function,effectively control blood glucose,have less adverse reactions,and have a significant curative effect.
