摘要
本文针对通信接收机平台需要对不同速率的接收波形均有良好接收质量的需求,提出了一种计算量小且对任意转换率都具有低损伤的采样率装换方法。仿真表明经过该方法转换后的接收波形保持了原有时、频特性,且能较好满足工程需求。
To keep received signal quality after any sampling rate conversion,the paper proposed a good and low complex method.Simulation result showed that the method have a good performance after rate conversion,indicating proposed method could satisfy engineering requirement.
