摘要
目的了解厦门地区不同季节、不同年龄健康体检儿童血清25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]水平,为科学指导儿童补充维生素D提供理论依据。方法回顾分析2017—2019年在厦门市海沧区妇幼保健院健康体检儿童的25(OH)D水平。结果本研究共纳入10641例0-17岁研究对象,维生素D缺乏率为11.93%(1270/10641),不足率43.53%(4633/10641)。随着儿童年龄增长血清25(OH)D水平呈逐渐降低,各年龄组间结果存在差异(P <0.01);学龄前及学龄组男孩维生素D水平显著高于女孩(P <0.05);除了少年组,其余年龄组儿童维生素D水平均具有季节差异,总体趋势为夏季低于其余季节(P <0.05)。结论目前厦门地区儿童维生素D缺乏及不足比例仍较高,且维生素D水平随着年龄增加呈降低态势,且夏季时更明显,因此呼吁大家多注意对维生素D的补充,尤其是针对大龄儿童及夏季时。
Objective To investigate the serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D] levels of healthy children in xiamen area in different seasons and different ages, and to provide theoretical basis for scientific guidance of vitamin D supplementation in children. Methods The levels of 25(OH)D in children undergoing physical examination in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Haicang District, Xiamen city from 2017 to 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Results A total of 10641 subjects aged 0-17 years were included in this study. The vitamin D deficiency rate was 11.93%(1270/10641) and the deficiency rate was 43.53%(4633/10641). The serum level of 25(OH) D gradually decreased with the increase of age, and there were differences among different age groups(P <0.01). The vitamin D level of boys in preschool and school age groups was significantly higher than that of girls(P <0.05). Except for the juvenile group, vitamin D levels in other age groups had seasonal differences, and the overall trend was lower in summer than in other seasons(P<0.05).Conclusion At present, the proportion of vitamin D deficiency and deficiency in children in Xiamen is still high, and the vitamin D level decreases with the increase of age, especially in summer. Therefore, more attention should be paid to vitamin D supplement, especially in older children and summer.
