髂腰肌训练对改善骨盆前倾的效果研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探求髂腰肌训练对改善骨盆前倾问题的有效性。方法:对22位受试者进行为期2个月的弓箭步拉伸、悬垂举腿、牵引半高抬腿跑训练。通过JMP软件对实验前后关节活动度、深感觉、肌力、体态评估数据进行分析,以探求髂腰肌训练对改善骨盆前倾的效果。结果:该实验采用t检验,最终分析得出P(即概率,反映训练前后表现相同的可能性大小):深感觉(P=0.0003<0.05);伸髋,左(P=0.0027<0.05)、右(P=0.0064<0.05);侧屈,左(P=0.0294<0.05)、右(0.1057);躯干后伸(P=0.0068<0.05);躯干前屈(P=0.0363<0.05)。分析所得数据,得出受试者在躯干的伸髋(右/左)、后伸、前屈的数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),即髂腰肌训练对于改善骨盆前倾是有效的。结论:弓箭步拉伸、悬垂举腿、牵引半高抬腿跑练习法,对骨盆前倾的改善有一定程度的效果。 Objective:To explore the effectiveness of three training methods based on iliopsoas muscle in improving pelvic anteversion.Methods:22 subjects were trained in lunge stretching, suspension leg lifting and half high leg lifting for 2 months.The evaluation data of joint range of motion, deep sensation, muscle strength and posture before and after the experiment were analyzed by JMP software to explore the effect of iliopsoas muscle training on improving pelvic anteversion.Results:The experiment adopts t-test, and the final analysis obtains P(probability,reflecting the possibility of the same performance before and after training): Deep feeling(P = 0.0003<0.05);Hip extension: Left(P = 0.0027<0.05), right(P = 0.0064<0.05);Lateral flexion: left(P = 0.0294<0.05), right(0.1057);Trunk extension(P = 0.0068<0.05);Trunk flexion(P = 0.0363<0.05);After analyzing the data, it was concluded that there were statistically significant differences in hip extension(right/left),back extension and forward flexion(P<0.05), that is, three kinds of iliopsoas muscle training were effective for improving pelvic anteversion.Conclusion: Lunge stretching,overhanging leg lifting and traction half high leg lifting exercise have a certain effect on the improvement of pelvic forward tilt.
