摘要
农村饮水安全工程是一项惠民利民的基础设施工程,用水户作为农村饮水安全工程的受众,实时了解掌握用水户对工程的满意程度,对巩固农村饮水安全成果极为必要。采用问卷调查手段在甘肃省县(区)尺度开展农村饮水安全工程用水户满意度调查,最终收回有效问卷1011份,覆盖甘肃全省的86个县区,并利用定性与定量相结合和统计分析方法对各个市州的用水户满意度进行评价(包括水量、水质、供水保证程度、取水便利程度、管理与服务以及总体满意度)。结果表明:甘肃省14个市(州)中平凉、天水、定西、临夏及河西等地满意度较高,均介于满意和非常满意之间,其余市州介于一般满意和满意之间;但各地区又存在差异:庆阳市的水量满意度相对较低,天水市和庆阳市的水质满意度相对较低,而陇南市和甘南州在管理和服务方面的满意度相对较低。未来甘肃省各个地区还需从不同方面提升农村供水保障能力和水平。
The rural drinking water safety project is a basic project that benefits the people.As the users of rural drinking water safety projects,water users’satisfaction degree to the projects is very necessary for consolidating and stabilizing the rural drinking water safety project.We used questionnaire survey method to carry out the survey of rural drinking water safety projects in counties in Gansu province and made an analysis of the water users’satisfaction in each city or state using the statistical analysis,qualitative and quantitative methods,including water quantity,water quality,water stability,convenient water,management and service,and the overall satisfaction.A total of 1011 valid questionnaires were finally collected,covering 86 counties and districts in Gansu province.The results show that the water users are satisfied with the rural drinking water safety project on the overall,and the satisfaction degree of Pingliang,Tianshui,Dingxi,Linxia and the cities in Heixi Corridor are relatively high and between satisfactory and very satisfactory,all other cities are between general satisfactory and satisfactory,but there are differences among them.The satisfaction degree of Qingyang in water quantity,Tianshui and Qingyang in water quality,and Longnan and Gannan in management and service are relatively low.The results show that the rural drinking water safety project should be improved from different aspects in different regions of Gansu province in the future.
