摘要
针对同步调相机额定运行时盘车装置温升过高的现象,分析了盘车装置内部发热的原因,并通过优化结构——在盘车装置内部增加风路,加快空气流动,从而达到降低温升的目的。试验结果表明,该盘车装置结构优化方案合理且有效,为盘车装置的结构设计提供了思路。
Against the phenomenon of excessive temperature-rise of the turning gear device when the synchronous compensator running under rated condition,cause analysis on excessive temperature-rise of it is performed.Through optimization of the structure—adding more wind paths inside the turning gear device and letting air flow more quickly,to reach the goal of the temperature-rise reduction.Rationality and effectiveness of the structure optimization is verified by the test result,providing the thinking way to design the structure of the turning gear device.
