摘要
川赤芍Paeonia veitchii Lynch是中药材赤芍的重要基源,近年来,随着市场需求的激增,对野生川赤芍资源过度的采挖,造成了其数量急剧减少甚至濒危。为了研究西宁地区野生川赤芍的分布与资源情况,采用查阅文献,走访调查,样株法和植被+土壤类型图面积法相结合的估算法,对西宁周边城区、湟中县、大通县、以及湟源县的野生川赤芍资源进行调查。研究结果表明:西宁地区野生川赤芍的分布范围相比以前文献记录没有多少变化,但其种群密度以及蕴藏量较之前的记载有着明显的降低。调查结果表明:西宁地区野生川赤芍目前分布面积约为3125hm^(2),蕴藏量2.02×10^(4)t。
Paeonia veitchii Lynch is an important base source of traditional Chinese medicine Paeonia veitchii Lynch.In recent years,with the rapid increase of market demand,excessive mining of wild Paeonia veitchii resources has drastically reduced its quantity and even become endangered.In order to study the distribution and resources of wild radix paeoniae rubra in Xining area,the wild Patagonia veitchii Lynch resources in the surrounding urban areas of Xining,Huangzhong County,Datong County and Huangyuan County were investigated by the methods of literature review,interview investigation,sampling method and the combination of vegetation and soil type map area method.The results showed that the distribution range of wild Patagonia veitchii Lynch in Xining area did not change much compared with the previous records,but the population density and reserve of wild Patagonia veitchii Lynch in Xining area decreased significantly.The results showed that the distribution area of wild Patagonia veitchii Lynch in Xining area was about 3125hm^(2),and the reserve of wild radix paeoniae paeoniae in Xining area was 2.02×10^(4)t.
