摘要
经过20多年的发展,天津市休闲农业已具备一定的规模和水平,并呈现良好的发展态势。伴随“双循环”战略的提出和新冠疫情的影响,天津市休闲农业发展机遇和挑战同在,如何找寻突破口,对症下药,促进天津市休闲农业的更新迭代高质量发展成为重要一题。本研究在总结天津市休闲农业发展取得的成效的同时,认为天津市的休闲农业受土地资源、基础设施、产品同质化和人才短缺等因素的制约;在剖析“双循环”格局下发展趋势的基础上,指出天津市休闲农业高质量发展需要从规范管理、补齐短板、创新理念、人才引领4个方面着手推进。
After more than 20 years of development,leisure agriculture in Tianjin has a certain scale and level,and presents a good trend of development.With the proposal of the"dual circulation"strategy and the impact of COVID-19,the development of leisure agriculture in Tianjin has both opportunities and challenges.How to find a breakthrough and take appropriate medicine to promote the renewal and iteration of high-quality development of leisure agriculture in Tianjin has become an important issue.While summarizing the achievements of leisure agriculture development in Tianjin,this paper held that leisure agriculture in Tianjin was restricted by factors such as land resources,infrastructure,product homogeneity and talent shortage.On the basis of analyzing the development trend of"dual circulation"pattern,it was pointed out that the high-quality development of leisure agriculture in Tianjin needs to be promoted from four aspects:standardized management,making up for shortcomings,innovative ideas and talent guidance.
