摘要
文章分析了电动汽车ebooster智能刹车系统的结构、工作原理,基于公司某款纯电动汽车,设计了以智能刹车系统为核心的行车制动系统方案,定义了整车制动性能目标,定义了智能刹车系统的功能、性能目标、功能安全及故障诊断策略,通过高附、低附标定及整车制动性能试验,验证了智能刹车系统的功能、性能等关键指标。
In this paper,the structure and working principles of the intelligent braking system,abbreviated as ebooster,are analyzed.Based on an electric vehicle,an intelligent braking system is designed as the core of the driving braking system.The function and performance targets,the function safety and the fault diagnosis strategies are defined.In the end,the key indexes of the intelligent brake system are verified by the high attached and low attached calibration as well as the vehicle braking performance tests.
