钒对热作模具钢表面渗碳组织及性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究V元素对渗碳后热作模具钢表层组织和性能的影响,对V质量分数分别为0、0.2%和0.55%的试验钢进行渗碳,并对组织进行观察和性能进行测试。结果表明,添加V后可以提升渗碳层厚度和表层硬度,提升摩擦磨损性能,当V含量为0和0.2%时,试验钢表面硬度和渗层厚度分别为822.9、1078 HV0.2N和555、702μm,当V含量达到0.55%时,试验钢的表面硬度和渗层厚度都达到了最高,分别为1215 HV0.2N和894μm;但含0.55%V试验钢的摩擦系数最低为0.4,主要原因是渗碳后试验钢表面的VC在一定程度上起到了减小摩擦的作用,使含V试验钢的摩擦系数比不含V试验钢更为稳定。 In order to study the effect of V element on the surface microstructure and properties of hot work die steel after carburizing,the carburization,microstructure observation and perfor⁃mance test were carried out on test steel with V mass fraction of 0,0.2%,and 0.55%,respectively.The results showed that the addition of V element could improve the thickness of carburizing layer and surface hardness,and improve the friction and wear properties.When the V content was 0 and 0.2%,the surface hardness and the thickness of carburizing layer of the test steel were 822.9,1078 HV0.2N and 555,702μm respectively.When the V content reached 0.55%,the surface hardness and the thickness of carburizing layer of the tested steel reached the highest value,which were 1215 HV0.2N and 894μm respectively.However,the friction coefficient of the test steel containing 0.55%V was the lowest at 0.4,the main reason was that VC on the surface of the test steel after carburizing played a role of helping friction to a certain extent,making the friction coefficient of the test steel with V more stable than that of the test steel without V element.
