摘要
文章研究建筑施工企业安全管理,以"智慧工地"平台应用为核心工具,集成工程项目的"人、机、料、法、环"等各关键要素数据和信息,进行实时、全面、智能的安全监控和管理,形成企业级的管理平台,有效支持企业管理部门、项目管理人员、现场作业人员的协同安全管理工作。更好地实现以项目为核心、以数据为载体的多方协同、多级联动、管理预控、整合高效的安全管理体系。
This paper studies the safety management of construction enterprises with the application of"smart site"platform as its core instrument.The platform integrates data and information on various key elements such as"people,machine,material,method and environment"of engineering projects,and conducts real-time,comprehensive and intelligent safety monitoring and management,forms an enterprise level management platform.Thereby,it effectively supports the collaborative safety management of enterprise functional departments,project management personnel and on-site operators,so as to better realize the multi-party cooperation,multi-level linkage,management pre-control,integrated and efficient safety management system which is project-centric and date-based.
