起重机主梁结构可靠性混合模型的建立和分析 被引量:3

Reliability analysis for the hybrid model of the crane structure

摘要 为了预防大型工程中起重机安全事故,通过建立混合模型研究了桥式起重机主梁结构的可靠性。首先分析影响主梁结构可靠性的不确定性参数。其次建立了基于凸模型-随机模糊模型的可靠性分析模型,其中考虑了一些因素的相关性。最后在凸模型-随机模糊混合模型的基础上,对某型号桥式起重机进行了可靠性分析,考虑材料强度与结构所受应力之间的相关性(情况一)、横向应力与纵向应力之间的相关性(情况二),验证了模型的有效性。研究表明,该模型意义明确,对模糊信息处理也比较合理,可作为可靠性计算方法的一种补充。 In order to predict the reliability of the metal structure of the bridge-type crane to ensure its safety in the working process in large projects,we have studied and examined the reliability of the main beam structure of the overhead crane by analyzing the nature of uncertain variables,the small sampling data and the sufficient sample data by analyzing a hybrid model with different reliability models.As is known,most of the traditional reliability models have been built up based on a single source of uncertainty.In fact,the uncertainty factors in the crane bridge structure can be said as the result of the comprehensive integration of randomness,ambiguity,and non-probabilistic uncertainties,all of which can be qualified enough to assure the traditional reliability.However,such a kind of uncertainty may not be well enough to fit for the actual situation,for the uncertainty parameters may affect the reliability of the main beam structure.And,then,the non-probabilistic convex set theory have been trying to be adopted successfully in hoping to obtain such a non-probabilistic reliability model.At the same time,considering the randomness,ambiguity and the correlation of the bridge structure variables,it doesnt seem possible to deduce the structural mixed reliability in accordance with the compatibility features.Thus,last of all,based on the convex-stochastic fuzzy hybrid model,a reliability analysis can be done on a certain type of bridge crane,on account of the correlation between the material strength and the structural stress(case 1),as well as the correlation model between the lateral and the longitudinal stress(case 2),in comparison with the traditional probability reliability model,due to the validity of the model.Thus,the research results tend to indicate that the above said model turns out to be a little more conservative than the traditional one in the reliability calculation,which can more truly reflect the reliability level of the crane bridge structure under the effect of the multiple uncertain variables,which can actually impact the reliability of its bridge structure.And,it is just for the said reason that we have brought about a brand-new thinking mode,which can provide a certain reference significance for the reliability analysis of the relevant equipment category.
