摘要
目的探讨系统化护理对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者生活质量的影响。方法将我院收治的120例OSAHS患者随机分为两组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用系统化护理,对比两组的负性情绪、睡眠质量及生活质量评分。结果护理后,观察组的SDS、SAS、PSQI评分显著低于对照组,SAQLI评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统化护理可有效改善OSAHS患者的负性情绪,提高其睡眠质量和生活质量。
Objective To explore the influence of systemic nursing on quality of life of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods 120 OSAHS patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given systematic nursing.The scores of negative emotion,sleep quality and life quality were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of SDS,SAS and PSQI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the score of SAQLI was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Systematic nursing can effectively improve the negative emotions,sleep quality and quality of life of OSAHS patients.
