摘要
目的探究与分析低频重复经颅磁刺激对脑梗死患者恢复期运动功能障碍的影响。方法选取医院2020年10月—2021年3月收治的脑梗死患者60例,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例,对照组给予常规药物治疗及康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上加用低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗,对比两组治疗前后Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数(Barthel index,BI)评分、Holden步行功能分级(function classification,FAC)、临床痉挛指数(clinical spasticity index,CSI)及10 m步行速度。结果两组治疗后与治疗前相比Fuel-Meyer评分及BI评分均较高,FAC分级较高,CSI评分较低,步行速度较高,观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后相比Fuel-Meyer评分及BI评分均较高,FAC分级较高、CSI评分较低、步行速度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低频重复经颅磁刺激应用于脑梗死患者中可明显促进改善患者的运动功能,提高日常生活能力。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on motor dysfunction in patients with cerebral infarction during the recovery period.Methods A total of 60 patients with cerebral infarction who were admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group with 30 cases each by a random number table.The control group was given conventional drug treatment and rehabilitation training.The observation group was treated with low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of the control group.The Fugl-Meyer score,Barthel index(BI)score,Holden walking function classification(FAC),clinical spasticity index(CSI)and 10 m walking speed were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the two groups had higher Fuel-Meyer scores and BI scores,higher FAC scores,lower CSI scores,and higher walking speeds.Compared with the control group after treatment,the observation group had higher Fuel-Meyer score and BI score,higher FAC grade,lower CSI score,and higher walking speed.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation to patients with cerebral infarction can significantly improve the patient’s motor function and improve the ability of daily living.
