浩口水电站骨料加工及混凝土拌合系统设计优化

摘要 重庆浩口水电站为碾压混凝土重力坝,整个电站混凝土用量大。其中施工配套附属设施拌合系统和人工砂石系统规模大、设备多、系统设计采购和建设工期短。在建设过程中,本着从浩口电站实际应用出发,对两个系统从整体布局、生产工艺、产能效益和运行维护等方面进行了多处重大优化改进,使系统设计更加合理,运行安全可靠。投入使用后完全保障了大坝混凝土的供应,取得了良好效果,在整个电站建设发挥了重要作用。 Chongqing Haokou Hydropower Station is a RCC gravity dam with a large amount of concrete used throughout the station.Its mixing system and artificial sandstone system are large in scale,equipments are numerous,system design procurement and construction period are short.In the construction process,starting from the practical application of Haokou Hydropower Station,this paper has made several major optimization improvements on the two systems from the aspects of overall layout,production process,productivity benefit and operation maintenance,so that the system design is more reasonable and the operation is safe and reliable.The system fully guarantees the concrete supply of the dam after putting it into service and has achieved good results and played an important role in the construction of the whole power plant.
