摘要
目的分析在尿毒症血液透析患者中应用细节护理干预的临床效果。方法将该院2018年1月—2020年5月50例接受血液透析的尿毒症患者分为对照组与观察组,各25例。对照组给予一般常规护理,观察组则接受细节护理干预。评估患者的心理状态、护理满意度、并发症与生活质量。结果护理后,观察组患者的心理状态评分明显比对照组患者更低,差异有统计学意义(t=2.296、2.195,P<0.05);观察组患者的各项GQOL-74评分明显比对照组患者更高,差异有统计学意义(t=2.565、3.103、3.239、3.024,P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率仅为4.00%,远低于对照组患者的32.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.878,P=0.027)。护理后,观察组患者的护理服务项目、护理服务态度、护理人员素质和护理总分,均明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=2.527、3.336、3.482、3.986,P<0.05)。结论在尿毒症血液透析患者中应用细节护理干预,其临床效果满意,能在有效纠正患者负性情绪的同时,显著减少护理过程中的并发症,大幅提升患者的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of detailed nursing intervention in uremic hemodialysis patients.Methods From January 2018 to May 2020 in the hospital,50 uremic patients receiving hemodialysis were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received general routine care,and the observation group received detailed nursing intervention.Assess the patient's mental state,complications and quality of life.Results After nursing,the mental status scores of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference were statistically significant(t=2.296,2.195,P<0.05);the GQOL-74 scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=2.565,3.103,3.239,3.024,P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was only 4.00%,which was much lower than the 32.00%of the control group,the differences was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.878,P=0.027).After nursing,the nursing service items,nursing service attitude,quality of nursing staff and total nursing scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.527,3.336,3.482,3.986,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detailed nursing intervention in uremic hemodialysis patients has a satisfactory clinical effect.It can effectively correct the patient's negative emotions,significantly reduce the complications during the nursing process,and greatly improve the patient's quality of life.
