基于虚拟仿真技术的医学模拟教学法在急诊与灾难医学教学中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨分析基于虚拟仿真技术的医学模拟教学法在急诊与灾难医学临床教学中的应用效果及价值。方法纳入郑州大学临床医学系2017级五年制本科临床专业2个班级共60名学生为研究对象,按班级分为对照组与研究组。对照组(n=30)采用传统教学方法,研究组采用基于虚拟仿真技术的医学模拟教学方法。教学结束后考核两组学生的理论知识与技能操作,通过发放问卷调查学生对自我表现的评价,以及对教学方法的认可度。结果研究组学生理论考核与技能考核成绩均优于对照组学生,且研究组学生自我评分均显著高于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组在教学内容与形式、教学氛围、学生参与度、学习兴趣提高度、喜爱度等方面的评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在教学模式适应度方面,两组学生评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且对照组评分稍高于研究组(6.3±1.7)分vs(5.6±2.2)分。结论在急诊与灾难医学教学中应用基于虚拟仿真技术的医学模拟教学法可有效提高教学效果,较传统教学方法具有更高的认可度。 Objective To discuss and analyze the application effect and value of medical simulation teaching method based on virtual simulation technology in clinical teaching of emergency and disaster medicine.Methods A total of 60 students in 2 classes of the 2017 five-year undergraduate clinical major of the department of clinical medicine of Zhengzhou university were included as the research objects.Divided into a control group and a research group by class.The control group(n=30)adopted traditional teaching methods,and the research group adopted medical simulation teaching methods based on virtual simulation technology.After the teaching,the theoretical knowledge and skill operation of the two groups of students were assessed.Questionnaires were issued to investigate the students'evaluation of their self-expression and their recognition of teaching methods.Results The theoretical assessment and skill assessment scores of the research group students were better than those of the control group,and the self-ratings of the research group students were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the research group in terms of teaching content and form,teaching atmosphere,student participation,interest in learning,and love were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the adaptability of the teaching mode,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the two groups of students(P>0.05),and the scores of the control group were slightly higher than those of the study group(6.3±1.7)points vs(5.6±2.2)points.Conclusion The application of medical simulation teaching method based on virtual simulation technology in emergency and disaster medicine teaching can effectively improve the teaching effect,and has a higher degree of recognition than traditional teaching methods.
