摘要
目的探讨目标管理模式教学方法在妇产科临床护理带教中的应用价值。方法选取该科2019年9月—2020年9月妇产科护生30名进行护理教学,按照不同教学方法分为两组,对照组采取常规教学,目标管理教学组采取目标管理模式教学方法,比较两组妇产科护生妇产科基础的护理知识掌握程度、实际护理操作技术得分。结果目标管理教学组妇产科基础的护理知识掌握程度、实际护理操作技术得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用目标管理模式教学方法进行护理教学可提高妇产科理论和护理技能考核成绩,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application value of target management model teaching methods in clinical nursing teaching in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 30 nursing students in the department of obstetrics and gynecology from September 2019 to September 2020 in the department were selected for nursing teaching.They were divided into two groups according to different teaching methods.The control group adopted conventional teaching,and the target management teaching group adopted target management mode teaching.Compared the basic nursing knowledge mastery and actual nursing operation technique scores of the two groups of obstetrics and gynecology nursing students.Results The scores of basic nursing knowledge and practical nursing technique in the obstetrics and gynecology teaching group of the objective management teaching group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the goal management model teaching method to nursing teaching can improve the performance of obstetrics and gynecology theory and nursing skills assessment,which is worthy of promotion.
