摘要
声呐流量计是一种创新型的工业流量计,采用声呐处理领域的阵列处理技术。该技术起初在国外用于石油行业,用来解决钻井、近海石油和采气过程中固液气三相混合流体的流量检测。由于矿浆流体也是固液气三相混合,声呐流量计被逐渐应用于对矿浆流量的检测。目前在有色行业矿山中,通常采用电磁流量计来检测矿浆的流量,但由于电磁流量计本身的测量原理受铁磁性物质的影响,导致测量铁磁性矿浆流量精度不高,偏差较大。本文通过对声呐流量计和电磁流量计在铁磁性矿浆测量比较,声呐流量计的测量原理以及声呐流量计在铁磁性矿浆测量中的表现,来阐述声呐流量计在测量铁磁性矿浆流量的优势。
Sonar flowmeter is an innovative industrial flowmeter,which uses array processing technology in the field of sonar processing.This technology was originally used in the oil industry abroad to solve the flow detection of solid-liquid gas threephase mixed fluid in drilling,offshore oil and gas recovery process.Sonar flowmeter is gradually applied to the slurry flow detection Because of the slurry fluid is a three-phase mixture of solid,liquid and gas.At present,in the non-ferrous mining industry,electromagnetic flowmeter is usually used to detect the flow of slurry.For the measurement principle of electromagnetic flowmeter itself is affected by ferromagnetic material,it results in the measurement of ferromagnetic slurry flow is not accurate.To state the advantages of sonar flowmeter in the measurement of ferromagnetic slurry,this paper will tell from the comparison of sonar flowmeter and electromagnetic flowmeter in the measurement of ferromagnetic slurry,the measurement principle of sonar flowmeter and the performance of sonar flowmeter in the measurement of ferromagnetic slurry.
