摘要
[目的]建立运用气相色谱-质谱联用仪同时检测食用油中8种己二酸酯类增塑剂的方法。[方法]食用油样品选用乙腈作为萃取溶剂,经涡旋提取后,采用GC-MS选择离子模式(SIM)对8种目标物进行测定分析。[结果]8种己二酸酯类增塑剂在线性浓度范围内线性良好,且相关系数(r)均大于0.999 5;方法的检出限(LOD)在0.05~0.10 mg/kg,定量限(LOQ)为0.15~0.30 mg/kg;加标回收率平均在94.1%~98.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于8.3%。[结论]该方法简便快速、重复性好、灵敏度高,适用于食用油中8种己二酸酯类增塑剂含量的测定。
[Objective]To establish a method for the simultaneous detection of 8 adipate plasticizers in edible oil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.[Method]Acetonitrile was selected as the extraction solvent for the edible oil samples.After vortex extraction,8 target compounds were determined and analyzed by GC-MS in selected ion mode(SIM).[Result]The 8 kinds of adipate plasticizers had good linearity in the linear concentration range,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.9995;the detection limit(LOD)of the method was 0.05-0.10 mg/kg,and the limit of quantification(LOQ)was 0.15-0.30 mg/kg;the average recovery rate of standard addition was 94.1%-98.7%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 8.3%.[Conclusion]The method has advantages of simplicity,sensitivity and repeatability,it is suitable for the determination of the content of 8 adipate plasticizers in edible oil.
