摘要
基于动机理论,通过问卷调研收集数据,采用结构方程模型和层次回归分析法,探究我国老年居民休闲动机对其主观幸福感的影响机制和性别的调节作用。结果表明,老年居民的休闲动机对其休闲满意度具有显著的预测作用,进而影响到他们的主观幸福感。休闲涉入是影响休闲满意度的重要因素,但对主观幸福感并无直接影响。此外,性别结构调节了休闲动机与休闲满意度之间的关系。研究结果可为提升老年居民休闲动机与主观幸福感的精准施策提出量化的依据。
Based on motivation theory, this study collected data through questionnaire survey, and used structural equation model and hierarchical regression analysis to explore the influence mechanism of leisure motivation on subjective well-being of the elderly in China, and also the moderating effect of gender. The results show that leisure motivation of the elderly is a good predictive factor of their leisure satisfaction, and then affected their subjective well-being. Leisure involvement is an important factor affecting leisure satisfaction, but it has no significant effect on subjective well-being. In addition, gender moderates the relationship between leisure motivation and leisure satisfaction. This study puts forward precise suggestions to improve the subjective well-being of the elderly.
