摘要
本文以党建信息化系统为例,探索了集团级综合管理类信息化系统的敏捷开发实施。此类信息化系统往往具有"共性多、有差异"的特点,在实施过程中不确定性较多,会面临众口难调的困难。为了更好地获得交付质量,本文提出一种实施思路:首先,结合传统项目管理模式和敏捷项目管理的优点,并采用集团标准化做法为基线,吸收结合各单位特色;其次,以传统的项目管理模式进行策划,在正式启动实施后采用原型+敏捷的模式进行开发;最后,采用灰度发布逐步推广来减少系统上线带来的冲击。整个项目取得了又好又快的效果。
This paper takes CPC affairs management information system as an example, explores the agile development of the group-level management information system. Such information systems often have the characteristics of "with many commonalities and little differences", with more uncertainty, and face difficulties in the project implementation.To embrace change and uncertainty, get a better delivery quality, this paper proposes an implementation idea, combined with the advantages of traditional project management model and agile project management model, adopt the whole group’standardization approach as baseline, absorb the characteristics of each unit, we plan with traditional project management model. Then we use agile development to reduce the impact of the system launch, and use gray scale release. Finally, the whole project achieved good and fast results.
