摘要
针对洛阳地铁1号线武汉路站半幅盖挖深基坑工程中混凝土支撑轴力异常增大,甚至远远超过设计控制值的现象,结合监测数据和施工现场实际工况,采用数值模拟方法探讨了引起混凝土支撑轴力增大的主要因素。结果表明,基坑明挖侧荷载、钢支撑位置、钢支撑轴力均对混凝土支撑轴力大小产生显著影响,造成本基坑混凝土轴力增大的主要原因是明挖侧施工机械和运载车辆等所产生的较大荷载,因此工程中应控制基坑边的荷载值,并且在开挖过程中及时架设钢支撑并及时补充钢支撑轴力。
The axial force of concrete support is abnormally increased in the half cover excavation deep foundation pit project of Wuhan road station of Luoyang Metro Line 1.The values are far larger than the design control values.So the factors causing the increase of the axial force of concrete support were discussed by using the method of numerical simulation.The results show that the load beside pit,the position of the steel support close to the concrete support and the axial force all have a significant impact on the axial force of the concrete support.The main factor causing the increase of the axial force of the foundation pit concrete is the large load generated by the construction machinery and vehicles on the open cut side.Therefore,the load value of foundation pit should be controlled in the project,and the steel support should be erected in time and the axial force of steel support should be supplemented in time during the excavation process.
