摘要
深圳地铁10号线某车站道路下方分布有天然气、通讯、交通等重要市政管线,横跨出入口通道上方的电力管廊埋深约0.91 m~2.63 m,因开挖难度大,影响路面交通,且交通不能中断,因此需顶管法进行非开挖式施工。为研究矩形断面顶管施工在深圳主干道下穿过程中受力变化特征,采用现场数据监测、理论计算分析等手段对顶进施工中施工重难点进行了技术总结。结果表明:矩形顶管施工避免了明挖施工造成的交通中断、管线迁改等,施工过程安全有效,节约了人力及相关资源成本。
Important municipal pipelines such as natural gas,communication and transportation are distributed under the road of a station of Shenzhen Metro Line 10.The buried depth of power pipe gallery above the entrance and exit passageway is about 0.91~2.63 meters.Due to the difficulty of excavation,the road traffic will be affected and the traffic can not be interrupted,so the trenchless construction should be carried out by pipe jucking method.In order to study the force variation characteristics of rectangular section pipe jacking construction in the process of underpassing the main road in Shenzhen,the key points and difficulties in the jacking construction were summarized by means of field data monitoring and theoretical calculation and analysis.The results show that the rectangular pipe jacking construction avoids the traffic interruption and pipeline relocation caused by open cut construction,the construction process is safe and effective,and the cost of manpower and related resources is saved.
