摘要
防风是临床上最常用的药物之一,龚廷贤十分重视对防风的应用并对其有独到的见解。《寿世保元》载含防风的方剂共纳入185首,用药频次达2395次,主治疾病92种,龚氏用药较为集中,常将防风与补虚药、解表药、活血药相伍,其中频次最高前4项的药物为甘草、当归、川芎、羌活,多以防风-当归养血祛风用于中风、以防风-川芎祛风散邪用于伤寒、防风-羌活散一身之湿用于中湿。统计分析高频病证及各自核心药组如下:中风核心药组"防风-甘草-当归-白术",伤寒核心药组"防风-甘草-羌活-川芎",喉痹"防风-甘草-连翘-桔梗",防风在不同病证中的功效不尽相同,祛风止痉治疗风邪入里,胜湿止痛治疗痹痛,升散伏火治疗火热之邪蕴郁胸膈,升发中阳治疗脾虚清阳不升,深入细化探讨其功效机制。本研究以防风为切入点,从多方面全方位的挖掘龚廷贤从医的学术经验,以期为临床用药提供方向指导,并对其学术思想的传承提供一定的参考作用。
Fangfeng(Radix Saposhnikoviae)is one of the most commonly used drugs in clinical practice.Gong Tingxian attaches great importance to the application of Fangfeng and has unique insights.Shoushi Baoyuan(《寿世保元》)contains 185 prescriptions,with 2395 medications,and 92 kinds of diseases.Gong’s medicine is more concentrated,and Fangfeng is often combined with drugs of tonify deficiency,diaphoresis,and blood-activating.The top 4 drugs with the highest frequency are Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Danggui(Radix Angelica Sinensis),Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong hort),and Qianghuo(Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii),and treating stroke with Fangfeng-Danggui,treating typhoid with Fangfeng-Chuanxiong,and treating Zhongshi(中湿)with Fangfeng-Qianghuo.Statistical analysis of high-frequency diseases and their respective core drug groups:the core drug group for stroke was Fangfeng-Gancao-DangguiBaizhu,core drug group for typhoid fever was Fangfeng-Gancao-Qianghuo-Chuanxiong,core drug group for Houbi(喉痹)was FangfengGancao-Forsythia suspensa-Platycodon grandiflorus.Fangfeng shows different effects in different diseases,it can expel wind and relieve spasm to treat wind pathogens entering the inside,eliminate dampness and relieve pain to treat arthralgia,Shengsan FuhHuo(升散伏火)to treats fiery evils and stagnation of chest and diaphragm,and promotes Zhongyang(中阳)to treat spleen deficiency.Takes Fangfeng as the starting point,and Gong Tingxian’s academic experience in medicine from many aspects was explored,in order to provide direction guidance for clinical medication and provide a certain reference for the inheritance of his academic thoughts.
