砀山酥梨缺铁黄化的诊断与矫治 被引量:3

摘要 为明确陕西蒲城砀山酥梨出现黄化现象的原因,对比不同铁制剂的不同用量对砀山酥梨的矫治效果,筛选出对砀山酥梨缺铁黄化病防治的适用量的铁制剂。以陕西蒲城县龙阳镇缺铁黄化的梨树为研究对象,通过对土壤和叶片的诊断确定发生黄化的原因,并以清水为对照,以4种不同铁制剂分4种浓度施用进行矫治,检测其对砀山酥梨叶片叶绿素和有效铁含量的影响。结果表明,砀山酥梨黄化原因不只是土壤有效铁的缺乏,也与碳酸氢根离子过高有关。不同铁制剂不同用量对砀山酥梨黄化的矫治效果有差异,在供试的几种铁制剂中,3号和4号铁制剂矫治效果较好,其中以4号铁制剂株施20 g处理效果最好,显著提高了砀山酥梨叶片的叶绿素和有效铁含量。 In order to clarify the reasons for the yellowing phenomenon in the pear cultivar Dangshan pear in Pucheng County,Shaanxi Province,the corrective effects of different dosages of different iron preparations on Dangshan pear were compared,and the ideal dosage of ideal iron preparation for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency yellowing disease of Dangshan pear were screened out.Taking iron-deficient pear trees in Longyang Town,Pucheng County,Shaanxi Province as the research object,the soil diagnosis and leaf diagnosis were used to determine the cause of yellowing,and with clean water as a control.Four different iron preparations were applied in fourconcentrations for correction to detect the effects of four different iron preparations on the chlorophyll and available iron content in Dangshan pear leaves.The results showed that the yellowing of Dangshan pear was not only due to the lack of available iron in the soil,but also related to the excessively high bicarbonate ion.The different dosages of different iron preparations had different corrective effects on the yellowing of Dangshan pear.Among the several iron preparations tested,No.3 and No.4 iron preparations had better corrective effects.Among them,No.4 iron preparations with a concentration of 20 g had the best treatment effect,which significantly increased the chlorophyll and available iron content of Dangshan pear leaves.
