摘要
目的优选朴金凝胶的制剂工艺。方法以厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量为评价指标,对乙醇体积分数、提取方法和乙醇用量进行考察,优选朴金凝胶的最佳醇提工艺;以凝胶剂外观、涂展性、黏度、pH值等指标评价朴金凝胶剂,最终确定最佳制剂成型工艺。结果优选的处方醇提工艺为:加12倍量体积分数为80%的乙醇回流提取2次,每次2 h;优选的制剂工艺为:卡波姆1.2 g静置溶胀12 h,加入甘油15 g,药粉5 g,搅拌均匀后加入三乙醇胺1.5 g,加水至100 g。结论优选出的制剂工艺简便、可行;凝胶剂成品性质稳定、质地优良、均匀细腻。
Objective To optimize the preparation process of Pujin Gels.Methods The content of magnolia and honokiol was used as the evauation index.The volume fraction of ethanol,extraction method and ethanol dosage amount were investigated.Based on the results,the optimal ethanol extraction process of Pujin Gels was optimized.The appearance,ductility,viscosity,pH and other indexes were used to evaluate the Pujin Gels,and the optimal preparation molding process was also determined.Results The optimal prescription alcohol extraction process was to add 12 times volume fraction of 80%ethanol and to reflux for 2 times,2 hours each time.The preferred preparation process was 1.2 g carbomer and 12 hours swelling,15 g glycerin and 5 g powder.After blending,1.5 g triethanolamine and 100 g water were added.Conclusion The selected preparation process is simple and feasible,and the prepared gels are stable and uniform.
