摘要
教研组是学校落实教学工作、开展教学研究和提高教师业务水平的重要基地。物理教研组强化师德建设,积极参与学校各项活动;发挥骨干教师的示范引领,完善青年教师的培养体系,提高全组教师的学科教学能力;落实集备组工作的细化管理,提高学科育人的实效;切实组织学生活动,提升学生核心素养。
The teaching and research group is an important base for the school to implement teaching work,carry out teaching research and improve teachers’ professional level. The physics teaching and research group helps strengthen the construction of teachers’ ethics and actively participate in various activities of the school.It gives play to the demonstration and guidance of backbone teachers, improve the training system of young teachers, and improve the subject teaching ability of the whole group of teachers;It implements the detailed management of the work of the centralized preparation group and improves the effectiveness of discipline education, and effectively organizes student activities and improves students’ core literacy.
