摘要
创新地理学是经济地理学的前沿和重要研究分支。新形势下,创新驱动发展是粤港澳大湾区的重要战略路径,对粤港澳大湾区创新地理的研究具有理论与现实意义。文章系统梳理西方经济地理学中关于创新地理研究的理论流派与研究框架,结合粤港澳大湾区的现实特征,认为粤港澳大湾区创新地理研究应重点考虑制度与边界的特殊因素,纳入区域一体化、"全球—地方"尺度和区域空间相互作用等理论视角。其科学问题是"一国两制"形成的独特空间尺度和独特政治制度下,制度与边界对粤港澳大湾区创新地理问题的解释路径与机制。在此基础上提出粤港澳大湾区创新地理研究需关注的4个重点研究方向:(1)跨制度区域创新要素集聚和流动的空间过程与影响机制。(2)跨境区域创新系统的建构。(3)粤港澳大湾区在全球创新网络中的位置、演变及其对创新网络的能动性重构。(4)创新特别合作区的空间治理及其对协同创新的推动机制。
Innovation geography is the frontier and important branch of economic geography.Under the new situation,innovation-driven development is an important strategic path for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA),which has theoretical and practical significance for the study of innovation geography.This paper systematically reviews the theoretical issues and research frameworks of innovation geography research in Western economic geography,and combines the practical characteristics of the GBA.It is believed that the GBA innovation research should focus on special factors in the system and border and be included theoretical perspectives of regional integration,"global-local"scale,and regional spatial interaction.The scientific question is the interpretation path and mechanism of the institution and border to the innovation geography issues in the GBA under the unique spatial scale and unique political system formed by"One Country and Two Systems".Four key research directions that need to be paid attention to in the research on innovation geography of the GBA are proposed:the spatial process and influence mechanism of the agglomeration and flow of innovation factors in inter-institutional regions,construction of cross-border regional innovation system,the position and evolution of the GBA in the global innovation network and its dynamic reconstruction,spatial governance of the innovation special cooperation zone and its promotion mechanism for collaborative innovation.
