日粮中添加可水解单宁、儿茶提取物、玉米乳杆菌对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标和肠道形态的影响 被引量:5

Effects of feed supplemented with hydrolytic tannin,catechu extract and Lactobacillus zeae on growth performance,serum biochemical indices and intestinal morphology of white feather broilers

摘要 为了探讨可水解单宁、儿茶提取物及玉米乳杆菌对爱拔益加白羽肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标和肠道形态的影响,试验将体重相近的384只1日龄健康白羽肉鸡随机分为对照组、可水解单宁组、儿茶提取物组、玉米乳杆菌组,每组8个重复,每个重复12只鸡。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,可水解单宁组在基础日粮中添加300 mg/kg可水解单宁,儿茶提取物组添加300 mg/kg的儿茶提取物,玉米乳杆菌组添加1×108 cfu/kg的玉米乳杆菌,试验期为28 d。试验期间测定1~14日龄、15~21日龄、22~28日龄、1~28日龄的平均日采食量、平均日增重和料重比;测定第14,21,28天白羽肉鸡血清中总蛋白(TP)、总胆红素(TB)、白蛋白(ALB)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、葡萄糖(GLU)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)、肌酐(CREA)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、尿酸(UA)含量和丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷酰转肽酶(GGT)、肌酸激酶(CK)活性;试验结束后测定十二指肠、空肠、回肠的绒毛高度、隐窝深度和计算绒毛高度/隐窝深度的比值。结果表明:与对照相比,可水解单宁显著降低了14日龄白羽肉鸡血清中LDL和28日龄血清中GLU含量(P<0.05),显著增加了21日龄血清中TG、28日龄血清中TG和Ca含量(P<0.05),显著降低了十二指肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度、回肠绒毛高度以及绒毛高度/隐窝深度(P<0.05);儿茶提取物显著增加了14日龄白羽肉鸡血清中Ca、21日龄血清中TG、28日龄血清中Ca、LDL含量,显著降低了28日龄血清中P、UA含量(P<0.05),显著增加了十二指肠和回肠隐窝深度(P<0.05),显著降低了十二指肠和回肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度和回肠绒毛高度(P<0.05);玉米乳杆菌显著降低了1~14日龄白羽肉鸡的平均日增重(P<0.05),显著增加了料重比(P<0.05),显著降低了15~21日龄平均日采食量和料重比(P<0.05),显著降低了14日龄血清中ALB含量(P<0.05),增加了14日龄血清中Ca、21日龄血清中ALT、TG以及Ca、28日龄血清中Ca、LDL含量(P<0.05),显著降低了血清中GLU、P、LDL以及UA含量(P<0.05),显著降低了十二指肠和回肠的绒毛高度/隐窝深度、空肠的隐窝深度(P<0.05),显著增加了回肠的隐窝深度(P<0.05)。说明可水解单宁、儿茶提取物和玉米乳杆菌有助于提升血清中Ca含量,降低UA含量,不利于肠道形态结构的发育。 In order to investigate the effect of hydrolytic tannin, catechu extract and Lactobacillus zeae on the growth performance, serum biochemical indices and intestinal morphology of Arbor Acres white feather broilers, a total of 384 1-day-old healthy white feather broilers with similar body weight were randomly divided into a control group and three experimental groups(hydrolytic tannin group, catechu extract group and Lactobacillus zeae group) with 8 replicates per group and 12 chickens in each replicate. Chickens in the control group was fed a corn-soybean meal basal diet, chickens in hydrolytic tannin group were fed a basal diet supplemented with 300 mg/kg hydrolytic tannins, chickens in catechu extract group were fed a basal diet supplemented with 300 mg/kg catechu extract, and chickens in Lactobacillus zeae group were fed a basal diet supplemented with 1×10^(8) cfu/Lactobacillus zeae. The experiment lasted for 28 days. The average daily feed intake, average daily gain and feed/gain were measured on days 1 to 14, 15 to 21, 22 to 28 and 1 to 28. The contents of total protein(TP), total bilirubin(TB), albumin(ALB), three acyl glycerin(TG), total cholesterol(TC), glucose(GLU), calcium(Ca), phosphorus(P), creatinine(CREA), high density lipoprotein(HDL), low density lipoprotein(LDL), uric acid(UA) and the activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT), alkaline phosphatase(ALP), glutenyl transpeptidase(GGT) and creatine kinase(CK) in serum of white feather broilers were determined on the 14 th, 21 st and 28 th days of the experiment. Villus height and crypt depth of duodenum, jejunum and ileum were measured and villus height/crypt depth was calculated after the experiment. The results showed that compared with the control, the hydrolytic tannin significantly reduced serum LDL at day 14 and GLU at day 28(P<0.05), significantly increased serum TG at day 21, TG and Ca at day 28(P<0.05), decreased villi height/crypt depth of duodenal, villi height and villi height/crypt depth of ileal(P<0.05). Compared with the control, the catechu extract significantly increased the Ca content at day 14 th, serum TG content at day 21 th, and Ca and LDL content at day 28 th(P<0.05), and the crypt depth of duodenum and ileum(P<0.05), on the contrary, significantly reduced villus height/crypt depth of duodenum and ileum and villus height of ileum, and P,UA content at day 28 th(P<0.05). Compared with the control, Lactobacillus zeae significantly reduced average daily gain and increased feed/gain(P<0.05) in 1-14 day-old white feather broilers, significantly decreased average daily feed intake and feed/gain in 15-21 day-old white feather broilers(P<0.05), significantly decreased serum ALB content and increased serum Ca content at day 14, significantly increased the contents of ALT, TG and Ca at day 21 and the contents of serum Ca and LDL at day 28(P<0.05), significantly reduced the contents of serum GLU, P, LDL and UA(P<0.05), significantly decreased the villus height/crypt depth of duodenum and ileum and the crypt depth of jejunum, increased the crypt depth of the ileum(P<0.05). The results indicated that hydrolytic tannin, catechu extract and Lactobacillus zeae could improve the content of Ca in serum, reduce the content of UA, but was not beneficial to the development of intestinal morphology.
