微种植支抗矫治成人骨性Ⅱ类突面型患者的矢状向疗效观察 被引量:2

Therapeutic effect in sagittal dimension of Mini-implant anchorage in adult patients with skeletal Class Ⅱ bimaxillary protrusion

摘要 目的使用微种植支抗矫治成人骨性Ⅱ类突面型,观察矫治前后矢状向牙齿突度和唇突度变化.方法选取36例治疗结束的成人骨性Ⅱ类突面型患者,所有患者均是拔除4颗第一前磨牙使用自攻型微种植体作为支抗内收前牙.对治疗前、后头颅侧位片进行测量分析.结果36例患者的切牙、软组织等测量指标发生显著性变化,上切牙内收(5.98±3.82)mm,下切牙内收(4.95±3.89)mm,上唇突度减少(3.5±2.40)mm,下唇突度减少(4.99±3.29)mm,第一磨牙平均近移(0.87±0.66)mm,U1-SN减少(14.43±5.64)°,L1-MP减小(9.96±5.86)°.结论使用微种植体支抗矫治成人骨性Ⅱ类突面型患者,上下前牙唇倾度及上下唇突度均得到较大程度的减小,软组织侧貌改善明显,取得良好的临床矫治效果. Objective Mini-implant anchorage was used to correct the skeletal Class Ⅱ bimaillary protrusive adults,and the sagittal changes of tooth protrusion and lip protrusion before and after the correction were observed.Methods Thirty six adult patients who have completed treatment with skeletal Class Ⅱ bimaxillary protrusion were selected,all of whom used Self-Drilling Mini-implant as anchorage.All patients had 4 first premolars extracted.Lateral cephalograms were measured before and after treatment,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results All 36 patients had significant changes in incisor and soft tissue indices.including the retraction of upper incisors by(5.98±3.82)mm,the retraction of lower incisors by(4.95±3.89)mm.the reduction of upper lip protrusion by(3.5±2.40)mm and the reduction of lower lip protrusion by(4.99±3.29)mm.First molars move mesially by(0.87±0.66)mm;U1-SN decreased by(14.43±5.64);and L1-MP decreased by(9.96±5.86)°.Conclusions Mini implant anchorage was used in the treatment of Skeletal Class II bimaillary protrusion in adults.The protrusion degree of upper and lower anterior teeth and the protrusion degree of upper and lower lip were significantly reduced,and the lateral profile was significantly improved.The treatment outcomes were satisfied.
