摘要
目的:探索新型GOS荧光屏可移动平板探测器与传统trixell平板探测器对儿童骨肌系统疾病的数字X线摄影(DR)成像质量的差异。方法:选取2018年7月至2020年1月在上海市第六人民医院拍摄骨、骨关节X线片的患儿,针对不同骨及骨关节疾病分别使用新型可移动平板(Mars1012V平板探测器)及X射线机(Philips Digital diagnost)自带的trixell平板探测器进行DR检查,由2名高年资医师分别对图像质量进行评估。结果:218例患儿的DR片分析可见,Mars1012V平板探测器对外伤无骨折儿童关节囊(P=0.023)、新鲜骨折患儿的骨皮质中断(P=0.035)、皮下软组织(P=0.012)和关节囊(P=0.011)的显示具有更高的图像质量评分;对骨折内固定取出术后患儿的肌肉萎缩情况表现更为清晰(P=0.022)。对石膏外固定患儿的骨折线(P=0.001)、骨皮质中断(P=0.005)和皮下软组织(P=0.042)的显示也有显著提升。结论:新型平板探测器对儿童的肌肉、软组织、关节囊显示有很好的效果,对石膏外固定患儿的骨折显示具有更大的优势。
Purpose:To explore the difference in DR imaging quality between the new GOS fluorescent screen movable flat panel detector and the traditional trixell flat panel detector for children’s musculoskeletal diseases.Methods:Children who had taken bone and joint X-rays in Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital from July 2018 to January 2020 were selected.Different bone and joint diseases were examed with a new type of movable flat panel(Mars1012 V flat panel detector)and the trixell flat-panel detector that comes with the X-ray machine(Philips Digital diagnost).The image quality was evaluated by two senior physicians.Results:The DR film of 218 children showed that capsular ligament of trauma children(P=0.023),the bone cortex of children with fresh fractures(P=0.035),the subcutaneous soft tissue(P=0.012),and the joint capsule(P=0.011)were with a higher image quality score by the Mars1012 V flat panel detector;the muscle atrophy of the children after the internal fixation of the fracture was clearer(P=0.022).The display of fracture line(P=0.001),bone cortical interruption(P=0.005)and subcutaneous soft tissue(P=0.042)of children with external plaster fixation was also improved significantly.Conclusion:The new flat panel detector has a good effect on children’s muscles,soft tissues,and joint capsules,and has a greater advantage for children’s fractures with external plaster fixation.
