摘要
研究旨在探究电子书App社交功能持续使用意愿影响因素,从用户角度了解和电子书阅读相关的App与社交结合存在的问题,为开展电子书阅读服务的电子书App、移动数字图书馆等的社交功能优化与发展提供参考。研究通过抓取"知乎"平台中与电子书App社交功能相关的问答文本,采用扎根理论的研究方法,对文本数据进行逐级编码提取概念和范畴,进而构建出电子书App社交功能持续使用意愿影响因素概念模型。研究发现,社交条件和使用价值会影响使用态度,社交条件会对使用价值产生影响,用户特征、用户动机、社交条件、使用价值、使用态度会影响电子书App社交功能持续使用意愿。据此,为电子书阅读相关App与社交的合理结合提出建议。
This research aims to explore the factors influencing the continuous usage intention for the social functions of e-book apps, and to understand the problems in the combination of e-book reading-related apps and social interactions from the user’s perspective, and to provide reference for optimization and development of the social functions of e-book apps and mobile digital libraries that provide e-book reading services.The question-and-answer texts related to the social functions of the e-book apps in the "Zhihu" platform are fetched, and grounded theory methods are used to encode the text data step by step to extract concepts and categories, and then a conceptual model of influencing factors for the continuous usage intention for the social functions of the e-book app is constructed.Research shows that social conditions and use value will affect usage attitudes, and social conditions will affect use value.User characteristics, user motivations, social conditions, use value, and attitudes will affect the intention to continue using the social functions of e-book apps.Based on this, suggestions are made for a reasonable combination of e-book reading related apps and social functions.
