摘要
科学技术的进步为图书馆满足读者个性化、多样化需求带来了新课题与新挑战。以文献调研为起源,依据国内59家副省级以上公共图书馆(含少年儿童图书馆)"三微一端"服务现状调研及用户行为调研统计结果,归纳总结服务现状及存在问题;通过改进的SIR信息传播模型,分析服务营销传播机理及过程,找出影响服务信息传播的重要环节,并结合调研统计结果对信息传播和扩散过程中的影响因素进行改进,为"三微一端"服务模式制定营销策略、调整营销方法提供决策支持,以期通过影响信息传播过程的方式提高营销有效性,完善公共图书馆的服务功能,助力公共图书馆业务的拓展,为公共图书馆利用5G移动通信技术开展"三微一端"新服务模式提供借鉴。
The advancement of science and technology has brought new topics and challenges for the library to meet the individual and diversified needs of readers.Starting from a literature survey, and based on the results of a survey of the "three micro media and one client" service status and user behavior of 59 public libraries at the sub-provincial level or above(including children’s libraries)in China, the paper summarizes the current status of the services and existing problems, analyzes the mechanism and process of service marketing communication with the help of an improved SIR information dissemination model, finds out the important links that affect service information dissemination, and combines the research and statistical results to improve the influencing factors in the process of information dissemination and diffusion, formulates marketing strategy for the "three micro media and one client" service model, and adjusts marketing methods to provide decision-making support for it, aiming at improving the effectiveness of marketing by influencing the information dissemination process, thereby improving the service functions of public libraries, assisting the expansion of public library services, and providing reference for the public libraries to carry out the "three micro media and one client" services by using 5 G mobile communication technology.
