摘要
基于共同体理论和内涵演变提出了新时代图书馆职业共同体概念,将图书馆职业共同体分为实体和虚拟两个类型;然后从现代意义共同体赖以生成的三个基本要素——共同目标、身份认同和归属感三个方面,以基于社交平台进行图书馆职业交流的"圕人堂"QQ群为研究对象,论证图书馆职业共同体形成要素。采用实证研究方法,开发专门程序提取"圕人堂"QQ群的数据,采用"基于词表的自动标引技术"进行关键词标引,统计分析"圕人堂"QQ群的交流内容,研究职业共同体网络交流行为特点。研究表明,职业交流是共同体维系和保持活力的关键因素。
Based on the community theory and connotation evolution, this paper puts forward the concept of library professional community in the new era, and divides the library professional community into two types: physical and virtual.From the three basic elements of the formation of modern meaning community-common goal, identity and sense of belonging, this paper discusses the formation elements of library professional community by taking the QQ group of Tuanrentang, which is based on the social platform for library professional communication, as the research object.Then, using empirical research methods, the authors developed a special program to extract data from the QQ group of Tuanrentang, used "vocabulary-based automatic indexing technology" for keyword indexing, statistically analyzed the exchange content of the Group, and studied the characteristics of the network communication behavior of the professional community.The research shows that the professional communication is the key factor to maintain and keep the vitality of the community.
